a couple of days late! lol I've been busy--what can I say?! Libby and family came over on the 4th and Denny burned some hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. To be honest, I prefer the burgers cooked on the stove and my hot dogs nuked! I made some baked beans and bought some awesome potato salad. It was hot out, but there was a breeze, so he set up the picnic table under the big shade tree in the front. I was glad to get back in the house, tho. Too hot! They had to leave and go to Billy's Mom's, and a few hours later, Ryan and family came to visit. They were going to meet Billy and Libby later and watch fireworks with them. It really worked out nice, tho. Not so much going on at once, and we actually got to visit with everyone.
Ryan bought Dakota a few sparklers and such, and helped her set them off. She was so cute! lol One of the sparks landed on her hand, tho, and that was it--she was done! lol She wasn't hurt, tho. Just a bit scared, like all little ones are! :)
