Crazy Drivers!

If you've followed me since my short beginning, I told you there are a lot of things that make my blood boil, but two of the top things are--G "Dubya" and drivers down here. Well, G "Dubya" is off the hook for today. But my "piss off button" was hit and hit hard today! Denny has an old beater he usually takes to work, but since it's been so hot, he's been taking my car. But today I had to take Audrey and the baby to the dr., so we took him to work and then went on to Dakota's appt. Poor little thing had to have her shots today! So I get them up there and back, but later on in the afternoon, I have to go back and pick Denny up from work. I swear, people down here do not know what a stop sign is for! I'm driving down the highway and I see a car coming from a country road on my right. They have a stop sign. Do they use it? Hell no! They don't even yield! They just proceed on to the highway. I was back far enough, that it didn't cause me a problem, but that's beside the point. But then here's where my piss off button really got hit---they're in such a hurry to get on to the highway, but then slow wayyyy dowwwnnnn! Why? Why do they do this? First of all, why don't they obey the signs? Second, why can't they at least do the speed limit when they were in such a hurry to get ahead of you??? And if that wasn't enough, a few miles down the road, the roads turns into a T where you're SUPPOSED to stop and turn either left or right. Guess what they do? They slow down just enough to make a right hand turn. And don't use their turn signal, I might add! I'm burning by this point, so as soon as I can, I'm honking at them, flipping them off, and passing them! It's at this point I see that's it a little old, craggy-faced lady smoking a cigarette! She just waves at me totally unaware, I'm sure, how's she's increased my blood pressure for the past 10 minutes! It's people like her who cause unneccessary accidents and why the insurance rates for this county are so high! Off of my soap box now....
